Lifting Light

Wohoo! We are still here typing a blog post every morning since January 7th. Sometimes one commitment we stick to can unravel a new way of being. It does come with its struggles. I am here holding fast to my dreams during moments when I simply do not feel like it. Passion can waiver, but routine moves ideas forward with small but intentional steps.

Do not let the haze of emotions hold your feet from dancing. Those debilitating moments lose power when you keep growing. You may not feel like it now but progress is being made. You are holding the new seeds and now it is time plant them. I have an upcoming meeting about a fashion media production for the Bygone Fashion Renaissance.

Ultimately I know that I want to crack open my old world fashion history books and bring them to life through lectures, fine dressmaking and storytelling. You do not need to know all the details of each step along your path, you just need to see a few steps ahead that you light with a heart filled with curiosity and zeal.
